Blogging Ramadan: day 10
If you look closely at the picture, you woll see a bird next to the chandelier. That bird has been at the Masjid Al Azim since Ramadan began. At least I didn't notice it before Ramadan. I wonder if there is a connection.
I wrote a column in the New Straits Times, called "Voices in my Head". When the editor asked why that title, I told him that it was from a lecture on psychological illnesses. Everybody has voices in their heads. The problem is not the presence of the voices but the power they have over you. Most people only debate what they want to have for lunch with these voices. Some ... well. I'm sure you watch TV too.
