The only solution left

Are you like me? Tired of the political fracas going on in Perak.  I think a whole lot of people are. 

So far, what has become painfully clear is that both sides have problems obeying the law: the law, apparently, is to be question and re-questioned until it yields an interpretation that suits the purpose of the side doing the questioning. 

The question still remains, what do we do to solve the problem in Perak?  I think there is only one solution left.  WE DO IT EXPLORACE STYLE.

Have the leaders of both side form teams.  Start the race somewhere down south.

Their first destination should be Tanjung Malim where they have to knead flour to make pau.  Then they cycle to Tapah where they have to collect durian….. several basket loads of it. 

during the course of the race they will have to weave large bamboo baskets, make labu sayong, make some tempoyak, row boats across Sungai Perak, make walking sticks out of rattan, dulang for tin and perhaps sell some limau bali. 

The finale should be held at Kuala Kangsar where they run to the Royal Palace.  Perhaps the King can be waiting there to declare the winner.  to make things easier, we could have the leader of the winning team appointed as Menteri Besar there. 

See? its a simple and straight forward soluton.  More importantly, we could even make money by televising the whole event. 

To make even more money, we could have viewers vote for the top three contestants via SMS voting.  The winner can be given the more juicy position in the new cabinet.
